If you are not registered for VAT, include the word <u>\u2018Invoice\u2019<\/u> and avoid making reference to VAT or tax except for specifying that the invoice doesn\u2019t include VAT.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><u>Name and physical address details<\/u> of you as the <u>supplier<\/u>. Your <u>VAT registration number<\/u> if you are registered for VAT.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><u>Name and physical address details<\/u> of the <u>recipient<\/u>. Their <u>VAT registration number<\/u> if they are registered for VAT.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <u>date<\/u> when the invoice is <u>issued<\/u>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <u>invoice number<\/u>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><u>Description of the product \/ services<\/u> you are selling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <u>unit price or hourly rate<\/u> of the product \/ services you are selling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <u>number of units \/ hours <\/u>(quantity) you are selling.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <u>total value<\/u> of the product \/ services you are selling.
